For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office, as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls, and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all necessary insurance forms for you and help you maximize your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a comprehensive payment plan is designed with a suitable payment schedule. The office accepts payment by check, cash, or any major credit card.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. We request this advance notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

      Kim epitomizes what I look for and expect in a health care professional! She is always very welcoming, carefully listens to my concerns and questions, and explains what she’ll be doing next. I like that she clearly points out and recommends what I need to do to optimize my dental hygiene. From start to finish when coming in for a dental cleaning she puts me first and genuinely cares! I have to say that I enjoy coming in and am always made welcome by the receptionist, my hygienist and Dr McEntire! Definitely a caring professional team!

      I had an amazing experience here today for a cleaning and exam! Staff were kind, the hygienist cleaned my teeth a completely more effective way than they’ve ever been cleaned and Dr. McEntire was kind, quick with his exam, and explained everything to me as needed.
