Meet the Doctor

Dr. McEntire

Dr. McEntire brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality care shaped by his upbringing on a dairy farm in Western Montana. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and earned his dental degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

After dental school, Dr. McEntire served in the U.S. Public Health Service before entering private practice in Olympia, Washington. In 2008, he and his family moved to Walla Walla to be closer to family, and in 2015, they made their home just outside Pendleton — where he’s proud to care for the community he now calls home.

Kim epitomizes what I look for and expect in a health care professional! She is always very welcoming, carefully listens to my concerns and questions, and explains what she’ll be doing next. I like that she clearly points out and recommends what I need to do to optimize my dental hygiene. From start to finish when coming in for a dental cleaning she puts me first and genuinely cares! I had an amazing experience here today for a cleaning and exam! Staff were kind, the hygienist cleaned my teeth a completely more effective way than they’ve ever been cleaned and Dr. McEntire was kind, quick with his exam, and explained everything to me as needed.
